From a culture and with an upbringing centered around conviviality, after a fifteen-year career as a creative in the Film industry, Ilaria became a full-time Pastry Chef.

people in the UK having pursued their advanced Diploma in Patisserie Innovation and
Wellness.
Ilaria turned her kitchen into a “lab” and became popular for her ability to tackle any modern or traditional recipe, as well as create original ones, adjusted on request to feature healthier and exotic ingredients without any compromise on flavour or texture.
